A lot of people told me I lost a lot of weight when I started smoking again. I still eat the same things I eat. Could there really be a connection with smoking and weight loss? Powered By Yahoo! Answers (VB Wii 3rd Signature) http://www.cashrefferals.com (or any other text)

Because rather than snacking when bored , you have a ciggarette break instead. People exchange ciggarettes for snacking. Hence the weight loss If you quit smoking , you will find you snack more to beat the nicotine craving Powered By Yahoo! no, i think you just eat less because you're always putting something on your lips, and that probably tricks your mind, making it think that you're eating more. also, it probably just makes your more full. whenever i smoke i feel like i just ate crackers for reason lol. Honestly it is a MYTH.... it is just putting an expensive white stick in your mouth (theory) instead of food. Alot of people BELIEVE it works for them.... Are you willing to risk this choice, instead of plainly cutting back on eating and exercising properly and treating your body good??? Powered By Yahoo!
