It seems a strange thing to say but one of the problems
cheap golf clubs golf might have in the next few years is not that there is dearth of young talent coming through but rather that there is too much.
Tom Lewis was the latest young upstart to leave golf fans with the mouths open after his spectacular performance at the Portugal Masters last weekend.
The 20-year-old, who let us not forget led the Open as an amateur after the opening round this year, won at Vilamoura in only his third professional start.
That matched the achievement of Rory McIlroy, while a certain Mr Woods had to wait until his fifth outing before picking up his first victory.
Last season we also had the case of Italian Matteo Manassero, who become the youngster ever winner on the European Tour when he won the Castello Masters as a 17-year-old, and

After Lewis's victory in Portugal he came out and said: "Tom, Rory and Matteo are three unique talents who have been lucky to break through early in their careers."
Well here is the problem, you can't really be considered a "unique" talent if there are two others guys out there who are just like you.
Then you have to think about all the other young players making waves on the US PGA Tour and beyond: Webb Simpson, Keegan Bradley, Dustin Johnson, Rickie Fowler, Jason Day, Ryo Ishikawa ...etc...etc. The list seems to grow by one name every week.
The game is absolutely brimming with young sensations at the moment, which is of course fantastic on one level, but having such a cluttered landscape makes it tougher than ever to become a consistent winner.
Golf has always best

There always seemed to be a few clearly defied players you could market a big tournament around.
Now there is an ever growing level of parity which makes it tougher for consistently captivating storylines to emerge.
If two or three of these top young talents could push on to an extra level and start to boss around the rest more, it can
