I\'d say that you need to go to the nearest hospital and get that checked out. it could be many different things. Google it use a few different websites though.

Your symptoms could be due to several problems.  It certainly could be due to constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, or a hemorrhoid, but more serious conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis or crohn\'s disease) or cancer would need to be ruled out.  Your best bet is to keep track of your symptoms, specifically are you constipated, having loose stools, having fevers, having weight loss?  I would then recommend you go see your doctor to discuss these symptoms.

As some others have said, you need to make an appointment with your doctor (a hospital visit is not appropriate - this is not an \"emergency\").  You may simply have hemorrhoids - sound like a combo of internal and external.  Look up online how to treat them----if you feel much better in 5-7 days, then that is very likely your problem.
But only a doctor can tell for sure.  It may seem embarrasing to you, but it won\'t be AT ALL for the doctor.  75% of ALL people have rectal problems at some point in their lives, so a) you are not alone, you are in fact very normal, and b) a doctor will not be grossed out or anything like that.

I think you have a hemorrhoid.  I also think you are experiencing a condition called tenesumus, which is ineffectual straining and spasms of the anal sphincter and rectum.  There can be different causes for that, but I think yours may just be related to your diet and habits, and a consultation with your doctor including your diet and exercise history might be a good idea.

See a doctor but see the right doctor , i almost died from a bleeding hemorrhoid , i was told when i did see the doctor that if i lost as much blood as i did , quicker i would have died , spent 2 weeks in the hospital and a few pints of blood later i felt better BUT the dr in the hospital did not find the source of blood . i went to the rectal doc and he found the bleeding hemorrhoid right away .
that was when i was 20 iam not 41 still have the same problems and i have not lifted heavy things in a very long time . but i do sit a lot seems to make things worse .
