external hemorrhoid? wat to do?

i\'ve notice a burning irritation for perhaps 3 days now, and ive check to see the problem and i noticed two bumps. it doesn\'t hurt when i use the bathroom nor does it bleed. but when i sit or walk for a while it began to hurt. i did some online research and im pretty sure its an external hemorrhoid. ive heard it goes away by its self, but what should i do?
