Hi everyone, I have had a hemorrhoid for exactly one week now.  I have been using prep-h wipes and cream.  It has gotten smaller but not by a whole lot.  It is very hard to have a bowell movement.  It actually feels like the hole won\'t open to let the stool out. I can kinda see the lower part of my stomach increasing in size since i haven\'t went very much at all in the past few days.   I started taking a fiber supplement, and a stool softener two days ago and they haven\'t taken affect yet.  The only thing that lets me pass the stool is if i insert a glycerine suppository.  It work in like 15 min. but only a small amout of stool comes out.  I know it cant be healthy to take the suppositorys everyday so what else can i do to beat this hemorrhoid and this horrible constipation??!!??

drink lots of water.
coloxyl and senna is both a stool softener as well as a peristalsis stimulant. so that might help to get your bowl moving.
Lots of dried fruit, prunes, apricots.
