How do i tell my doctor about hemorrhoids?

I\'ve got a large external one and a small internal one that hurts and i am going to see my doctor about it. How do instant talking to her about it? You see I am worried because I don\'t want to drop my pants in front of a person I barely know.... I\'ll be embarrassed..

Second I\'m an 18 year old guy and my doctor is a female... What do I do help I am so nervous
