my daughters but hole hurts?

she says it bleeds when she goes potty, and there seems to be a cut inside she thinks, it hurts when she ges to the bath room, i got her some hemorrhoids cream but it done nothing but burn. and make her ich more, i also give her fiber,and told her to drink more water every day, this has been going on for months though, she used to have pin worms for years, but lost all that years ago. please help me i have tried everything.
