What does it mean when you bleed after you poop?

I know this doesn\'t sound so appealing but yeah Help?--Blood appears when i wipe,in my poop, and in toilet bowl.Im only 17 years old.Never had anal sex.I recently started noticing changes in my poop.I already looked this up on google and i know it maybe hemorrhoids or some type of cancer yadi yadi yada.Its kind of freaking me out...Advice anyone? Im going to tell my parents about it and most likely go to the doctor but first i want to get more info.

-I eat healthy(less than 1500 calories a day).
-I do Aerobics everyday.
-And i go to LA Fitness.

Im thinking maybe i dont drink enough water??

google was right its probaly hemorroids , not cancer . thats the extreme. do not be freaked . try a different diet for a couple of days and don\'t wipe so hard..

If it\'s bright red blood, NO WORRIES!  That\'s fresh blood, so it\'s not cancer. If you\'re really straining to go, your first diagnosis is correct.  It\'s a hemorrhoid. Doctors see them every day!  You\'ll need to get prescription suppositories and sit in a hot tub for about 15 minutes for a few days.  Then it will go away.  The the doctor will tell you to drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies, and exercise more!   Also, the doc my recommend Metamucil or Citrucel. Go with the Citrucel. It doesn\'t cause gas.
If the blood is almost brownish, don\'t worry.  Whatever it is, you\'ve caught it early, which is great!  But go to the doctor tomorrow. If you have insurance, go to your \"Urgent Care\" or \"Quick Care\" or whatever they call it. Otherwise, go to the ER.

1) You need more fibre 2) could be lower intestine cancers 3)pooping isn\'t about forcing, its about letting nature do what it does naturally. 4) norwegians are known to develop colon cancer around the age of 20 so this may be part of it.

Lets hope you just need fibre!

And that Lynn girl is absolutely wrong, red blood means lower intestinal cancer, black blood means upper digestive cancer....what an idiot! Your doctor will tell you this if you ask.
